A Langley Pond Christmas 2023

Thanks to Aiken County Government and the Parks, Recreation and Tourism department for putting on a full day of fun for all at the Langley Pond Park. I was honored to be asked back this year and volunteered to take pictures for all these families that join the festivities at the Park.

The sky had bands of clouds passing through, making the sky lighter, darker, lighter, then passing to dusk. It is very frustrating, and I fought to balance changing the lights, but I kept traffic moving; everyone deserves a moment with Santa. I love taking the Santa Pics, the joy on the kids (and adults) faces is so heat-warming at the end of a busy season.

The Gallery engine does require to go through an order process in order to download the images (it’s useful for the metrics, and it helps fight site scrapers; I think it’s also required by the gallery plugin). Once the payment system sends you an email, you can click on your order’s receipt, and it’ll bring you back here for your permanent download link.

The cost of the picture also includes tax, and processing; I do a master order at the end of every week; it keeps my cost down. The server will let you know all of the stages of ordering, shipping etc.
